We are recruiting Spanish-speaking mentors for our pilot accelerator of Spanish-speaking social entrepreneurs. The program will run from September 16 – March 14, 2025 and will have the same curriculum and deliverables as our usual accelerator but entirely in Spanish. This accelerator is designed for high-potential social enterprises with proven traction working on women’s economic power, climate resilience, or the intersection of both. It combines mentorship with structured curriculum to help social entrepreneurs address gaps in their impact model, business model, and growth strategies, and ultimately move them along the path toward growth, significant scale, and investment. Mentors hold weekly one-hour calls with the social entrepreneurs for the duration of the program to help them build sustainable and scalable businesses by providing their insights and feedback.

We are recruiting mentors to help interview and select the next six-month Miller Center Accelerator (MCA28) launching January 2025. The first round of interviews will be scheduled from September 16-27 either 8-10AM or 7PM. The second round of interviews will be scheduled November 4-21 (will recruit for those at later date). Interviews will take place over Zoom for 45 minutes plus 10 minutes of debrief. For each interview, mentors will ask specific topic-related questions regarding business, finance, and impact for ~10 minutes each. If you express interest in being an interviewer, you will be provided with a link to a SignUp app where you can indicate your availability within those dates. If you also sign up to be a mentor in this cohort, you will have priority in your choice of social enterprise to mentor.
